Fresh off a trip to the region, Sommelier Caleb Ganzer brings you the best the Roussillon has to offer. Not quite Spain, not quite France, The Wall Street Journal describes the region as “a cross between Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Priorat,” with wines that boast tremendous fruit flavors in a dry, robust & mineral-driven style – a unique treat for wine lovers seeking a new experience from a classical region.
We are excited to welcome Peter Weygandt, one of the premier importers of wines from this region, to co-host this event. Each course of the four course dinner will feature two wines to pair with the cuisine of James Beard Award Nominated chef Jarrod Verbiak.
