Wine pairings feature Louis Latour whites from premier and grand cru vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne, not to mention several vintages of Latour’s Grancey holdings from the grand cru of Corton. The celebratory evening will begin with a reception featuring a delightfully summery Crémant de Bourgogne.
